Went in for a service and the service team and parts team are highly rated (service price was eye watering obviously), I was given a loaner bike to ride and i returned it to pick up my bike and it wasn’t ready so i thought i would test ride a used bike on the lot while i waited but the sales manager i was directed to wouldn’t allow to me test ride a used bike because i wasn’t looking to buy it today, also went to give me an eta on my bike being ready and never bothered to find me and when i found her i was waived away as she... read more
Fate had me visit M&W HD to discuss my 2016 Street Glide being serviced when my eyes caught sight of a preowned CVO Road Glide in the yard. As much as it was appealing my mind drifted to the new 2025 CVO Road Glide in Raven Fade livery. OMG what a sight. I ended up talking with Neil who helped me secure a bike from Melbourne through their network. It was transported up and then had the Khrome Werks exhaust fitted before being ceramic coated. Amazing! Recently took my 2012 Fat Bob in for it's 80000km service. Service guys did a great job as usual. I've been going there ever since I got the bike in 2018 and they've always done an excellent job. Highly recommend
