Terrible. Poor communication. Employees have prima donna attitudes. Morgan and Thornburg does not want to stoop so low as to work on my air conditioning unit. They brag that they work on Methodist Hospital, etc. That’s fine. I’m through with M&T and will seek services elsewhere.
