We got switched out to a new advisor and wasn’t notified. New advisor never reached out like our previous one did. Wanted to take money out and that process took over 5 months. The FA specifically we don’t recommend is Kyle Kennelly. He’s not responsive at all and the 5 month delay caused our family heavy loses to our asset portfolio. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
