Created retirement investment scenarios for us that were not applicable to us and failed to include key information (such as income factors, available money to invest, and projected amount of debt) in the scenarios. The retirement funds we had moved to Morgan Stanley were found to be sitting as cash in an account, and not invested approximately 1 month after the funds being transferred.
