Booked #151 at Palm Bay Club. Refrigerator not cooling, tub not draining, dishwasher not secured and kept falling out when opened. Patio was dirt with broken bricks and broken chairs. Dated and stained furniture, lamp shades and curtains. Very poor response from Morgan Properties and extremely rude e- mails when I requested for the refrigerator to be fixed.
We had booked one of Dan Morgans properties in Sept. for the month of January 2018. We secured all the necessary deposits etc. We were notified in late Oct. that the property we had rented was no longer available. No explanation, we were given no alternatives, NOTHING. We were told all our deposits would be returned. If anyone is familiar with Siesta Key, it is near impossible to retain a great location withn 2 months . It is a extremely popular place. Perhaps Mr. Morgan got more rent from another renter. We will never know.... read more
We booked a whole week at Crystal Sands in Siesta Key Beach for Christmas. Come to find out after moving twice the whole condo building is infested with rats. We had a smell of dead animal in our condo. Our food was tore up and eaten by rats. We tried to call Dan Morgan to discuss multiple times and no call back. We paid almost $1,700.00 for the week. This is just discusting and the health department should have it shut down.
