Extremely Disappointing Experience – While the venue was undeniably beautiful, the issues we encountered far outweighed any of the positives. We deeply regret choosing this venue for our wedding. What should have been the most special and memorable day of our lives was overshadowed by the unprofessional and downright rude behavior of the venue staff, particularly the owner/manager. My son and daughter-in-law's wedding was held at this beautiful venue. The proprieter, Liza Barnum, was so accommodating and invested in the details of their special day. The property is a labor of love! The gardens and the lighting all around created a magical backdrop to the inn. The Morgan Samuels Inn & Venue website offers many options for creating a special, memorable experience! Thank you to Liza and her staff... we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!!
This venue is THE place to have a wedding in the Finger Lakes. GORGEOUS grounds and Liza is a fabulous host! She does everything to make sure the wedding weekend is perfect! We rented the venue on Thursday before the bridal party arrived on Friday, that was the best idea!! The photos on her website don't do the grounds justice. It's amazing!
