My experience with Dr. Ross Morgan & his team has been very disappointing & honestly makes me, as a parent, feel powerless & just forced to accept the terrible care we got and just live with the terrible results given to us. My son had a skin tag removed & the results are not good. The wound is healing but it still has a gap in between the incision and it so much bigger than it needed to be, so I question Dr. Morgan as a surgeon.
Dr. Morgan is an excellent surgeon. My son who is 8 had intusseption, Dr. Morgan performed surgery and was able to get my son back to his old self. I was very nervous about the surgery as I had just met Dr. Morgan in the ER, however after speaking with him found he was very knowledgeable and caring which put me at ease. I would highly recommend him.
While vacationing in Orlando my 15 year old developed a collapsed lung and was rushed to the hospital. I met Dr Morgan in the ER. He was amazing. Kind caring and extremely knowledgeable. He performed surgery and followed up in the hospital. He was terrific. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I did not follow up with him after the hospital so I can't talk about wait time, but over the phone his office staff was great.
