My visit to Morgan Ridge Apartment Homes was very informative.
You will not find apartments for this price that would have the same sound isolation. We hear nothing from our neighbors , even when there are dogs or little kids. Also, being able to rent a garage is big plus as well. And, of course, location! Maintenance is great, never had an issue with them, quick response and fast fixing of whatever you would need. I've been here since 2018 my car has been broken into twice there cracks in my ceilings from a leaky apartment above a rat or mouse whole behind my refrigerator.. was offered a free carpet cleaning last time I renewed but never got an answer from the office . Theres never an arm on the security gate n lastly my air has been off for three days with numerous complaints n calls into the rent office but no return call or response. As a tenant who's never been late on their rent this is bad for business
