Dr. Morgan and his entire staff are exceptional! They truly treat you like family and are very accommodating. April is straightforward and extremely professional in her treatment. She really has the patient's best interest at heart. Dr. Morgan has an honest, caring and gentle way about him that just makes you feel at ease. No question- the best Dental Office in Butler County!
Unfortunately, I had the experience of Dr Morgan and his staff on the business side of things. Requiring a full amount to be paid before services and insurance is filed is not client focused but his bottom line. Needless to say, this office felt more like a used car experience than a dentist. My husband used them before for routine exams and help but when it came to a more expensive procedure for our son, full amounts were suddenly expected up front. So disappointing. Shop around for someone who is patient first.
Dr Morgan does not do unnecessary procedures and always explains everything in detail. The entire office staff is amazing and makes you feel like family!
My entire family has been seeing doctor Morgan and April since day 1 of opening . We enjoy every visit. The most genium, honest , caring people you will ever meet! Top notch service.
