I have been a client of Dr. Morgan‘s for years. Both Dr. Morgan and the staff through the years have been wonderful. Though I haven’t been in a couple years I called in to set up an appointment and get back on track with routine cleanings. Dr. Morgan and his entire staff are exceptional! They truly treat you like family and are very accommodating. April is straightforward and extremely professional in her treatment. She really has the patient's best interest at heart. Dr. Morgan has an honest, caring and gentle way about him that just makes you feel at ease. No question- the best Dental Office in Butler County!

Unfortunately, I had the experience of Dr Morgan and his staff on the business side of things. Requiring a full amount to be paid before services and insurance is filed is not client focused but his bottom line. Needless to say, this office felt more like a used car experience than a dentist. My husband used them before for routine exams and help but when it came to a more expensive procedure for our son, full amounts were suddenly expected up front. So disappointing. Shop around for someone who is patient first.
