The houses are big and roomy. every bedroom has a bathroom which is really nice. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Loved living there!
Good people to rent from. Maintenance responds quickly if you have any problems. Don't bother cleaning up when you move out, you won't get all of your deposit back. We left our rental much cleaner than it was when we moved in and still got only a portion of our deposit back.
These home are beautiful and spacious, the office staff is knowleagble and professional and courteous. The housing units are 1800 square feet two story homes and are not insulated or weatherized very well. In the summer time there are hot spots in certain areas of the home and in the winter time the down stairs is very cold and if you put your thermostat above or on 75 the heat is unbearable in the upstairs bedrooms.
