Representative was very pleasant & promised to get my medical records to me assp.
Quick and easy results to obtaining records.
Never got my records. They said they would send emails every 30 days for 90 days which is a lie they did not. I paid for nothing, very disappointing.
They charge you $75 to give you your digital medical records and can take up to 30 days. Seems criminal.
By far one of the biggest jokes I have ever delt with when it comes to medical records. Took a significant amount of time for contact to be made between them and me. Then there was no contact unless I reached out asking about the possible timeline for me to get my medical records which were medically necessary for me to get the care I needed.
