I wish I could give negative Stars. This place has done nothing to earn one star. They never show up. They never call. They always have an excuse as to why they're taking 3 weeks to get to you. I have given this place two chances. Thinking maybe just maybe the first time was a fluke. My basement was flooded and I called them 2 weeks after I called them they still hadn't showed up. Update.... Sep 24, 2024 Still no call. Over 2 years. Update....Feb 20th 2023 STILL yet to hear from them! I went through another company out of town. This is why I never shop local! ****Update....MARCH 16, 2023.. still waiting on my call 🤣 I called November 2, 2022 Was told they will get to me next week. Week came and gone. Called November 9. If you have a plumbing need, DO NOT COUNT ON THEM!!!! They do not return calls, do not help, and are extremely overpriced. They charge for two people to do one person's job. They are absolutely unreliable, especially in an emergency. 30 hours after calling with an emergency, I have still not heard back. I wouldn't hire them again if my life depended on it!!!! There should be a way to give them less than one star. They've done nothing to earn a star.
