I wish I could give negative Stars. This place has done nothing to earn one star. They never show up. They never call. They always have an excuse as to why they're taking 3 weeks to get to you. I have given this place two chances. Thinking maybe just maybe the first time was a fluke. My basement was flooded and I called them 2 weeks after I called them they still hadn't showed up. Update.... Sep 24, 2024 Still no call. Over 2 years. Update....Feb 20th 2023 STILL yet to hear from them! I went through another company out of town. This is why I never shop local! ****Update....MARCH 16, 2023.. still waiting on my call 🤣 I called November 2, 2022 Was told they will get to me next week. Week came and gone. Called November 9.
