I love everything about Morgan Outdoors. Lisa the proprietor is a fantastic lady and very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. if you get to the Catskills and Livingston Manor you must stop in
My boyfriend and I are staying at a Tentrr site and were referred to Lisa for any questions we had about hiking. Not only did she check the weather before deciding what joke to send us on, she then gave us a detailed map and told us the best ways to navigate the trail. The time and attention she spent ensuring that she was choosing the best hike for us screams the highest level of customer service to me. We had an amazing time on the hike, btw, and she was dead on!
