Showed a picture of an ombré nail set and it’s not blended at all. Can clearly see the line between the white and pink. I thought this was a common nail design… don’t understand how she did such a bad job. Really regret coming here

I usually enjoy coming to this nail salon because they always do a great job with my nails. However, my experience today was disappointing. I came in as a walk-in and asked for a nail fill. The lady near the front desk told me, “We have no time.” When I politely asked when they might have availability, she ignored me and left me standing there without an answer. I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. I booked an appointment for 2:30 PM. I had originally intended to book with Dian,but accidentally selected Jenny when making the appointment. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that I had booked with the wrong technician. I explained that it was completely fine and that I was comfortable receiving the service from Jenny instead. Despite this, I was told that both technicians were busy and that I would have to wait. Came here because I was in the neighbourhood so it was convenient. My pedicure was done well. The woman who did my manicure was rushing the whole time, and when I asked for a slight adjustment on the thickness of the French tips, (asked before they were baked) she was rude in her response and seemed irritated.
