Review: I givezero stars, I would. This firm relies on high-budget advertising to lure you in, only to pass your case off to a revolving door of overworked paralegals and case managers. I never once spoke to an actual attorney despite being a client for over 3 years. Communication is virtually nonexistent. You will have to call multiple times just to get a basic update, and when they do respond, it’s usually to pressure you into accepting a pennies-on-the-dollar settlement so they can take their cut and close the file. Called them in September of 2025 because someone totaled my car. They said they would take my case. From the very beginning it was nothing but incompetence. They never did what they said. They never called back when they said they would, never updated me when they said they would, just wasted my time for a year only to call me today and say they don't want my case. They told me for no amount of money would they take my medical malpractice case.
