After chasing this company for 7 weeks on a decision of whether or not they would be taking my case, their moto is exhausting and leaves a sour taste in the mouth. It's not the fact of them declining the case that leaves me disappointed. Their customer service and compassion level is non existent. I recommend seeking another avenue should you need assistance, No Stars would have been given if it where a choice. How disappointing of a company that gives you the appearance you mean something.
The staff is rude at the door. And they dont speak with people in person.
It's has literally almost been a year since I was referred to Morgan and Morgan and I'm still at square 1. I have had to resend release forms 5 times, been through multiple case managers, never spoke to an actual attorney and communication is horrible. I have to constantly explain my injuries and how they happened and just a few days ago was sent a message to open client portal and it literally shows the case just beginning the first step, this is after weeks ago being told a lawyer would contact me as that want to move forw... read more
Providing me with help with an auto accident injury. Edit, now; only 1 star. After stating that they were interested in taking on my case for my injuries sustained; I was just notified through an email that they are dropping their representation for my case. I suspect that they didn’t think they could profit enough from my case and decided to jump ship as a stereotypical greedy “not for the people” attorney would. Avoid this law form like the plague!
