After my slip and fall on wet concrete, I approached Morgan and Morgan about my case. They seemed extremely happy to take the case. They had a case manager by the name of Ellie who is unprofessional and irresponsible. We had a phone appointment scheduled on the following Monday after the fall which she blew off.
