Absolutely terrible experience with this firm. I was contacted by an intake “specialist” who told me my case was one they definitely wanted to take on and pushed a 40% contingency fee as if it were the standard, even after I pointed out that most personal injury contingency fees in California are around one-third and may only go higher if a case actually goes to trial.
