Horrible experience, I have been a client staring in January, I have had 5 different case mangers and lawyers they don’t communicate so every time I get someone new my case starts over. My last time was the first time to make a demand and that happened in July, in September when I got a new team they reach out to my doctors office to request copy’s of bills records etc. it’s been almost 2 months and still nothing. When you try and contact someone it take at least a week if not longer to get a text or a call back, the service... read more
