If I could give a zero rating I would! We called the day of our accident to get help and it took a month before hearing from anyone. Mr. **** the lawyer, and Ms. *********** the case manager are very unprofessional and rude when we tried calling with questions, concerns or updates about our case. They never return phone calls or emails and when one of them do it's "well I spoke to your wife" then hangs up. Never once listening to us as people. These people never answer a voicemail never answer a email nothing! My father is deceased and hired them for a case he had before he died. It’s sad they want 40% of any settlement but can’t even give you a update on what’s going on! What’s so hard about responding to a email!
