Huge waste of my time. LONG intake call 1 hr 18 minutes to decide to not take the case. I am sure its not big enough for them. The on hold story that is told is not the actual experience of them actually working with 'smaller" cases for sure. Yet in fact, if they took a closer look this could very well be a class action if the employees of the offending place are to be believed that "this happens all the time. The worst communication!.They didn’t even let me know that they changed my lawyer just one day I wake check the app new lawyer.i asked to be updated at least every 30 days ..nothing..it took me calling and leaving numerous messages to maybe get a response in 72 hours.
