My present staff members at Morgan and Morgan have been so helpful in completing my case. They worked diligently, professionally, and efficiently to ensure I got the best care and satisfying results during this difficult time.
Awful intake department that can't speak clear English. I submitted a matter under the class action heading weeks ago, got 3 calls over a month at bizarre times and voicemails from heavily accented call center workers. I answered today and was asked about my case by a man I could barely understand, then was cutoff very quickly and told I'd be transferred to a specialist I.E. not an attorney. Reading some of these negative review for Morgan and Morgan was very surprising for me. I know every case is different. My experience with this firm is nothing more than exceptional. My Counselor JB and his Team was Professional, Attentive, Knowledgeable, and Dedicated to my case. Morgan & Morgan are a horrible, dishonest company! I contacted them for help with my SSI Disability! They did a phone interview. The questions asked were about my assets, my bank account balance, if anyone was helping me with money, if I had any type of other funds such as CD’s, life insurance, inheritance, etc. When they reviewed my answers and decided I had nothing, they couldn’t take my case! I never recommended ever again people there are lie and falsely stated Anais Nunez She the one in my case almost 5 moth my case closed and the have my check she said 90 day and still witting and now she not answer the call even the email. I will never refer anyone to this firm!
