I had a "slam dunk" case against ******.com after one of their 3rd party seller tried to defraud me (and other customers). They heard all the details of my case and they said they cant take my case and when I asked why they refused to answer my question. Keep in mind that I have an email thread with ******'s Legal team admiring fault but they are unable to correct the situation.
