This is a really shady company. I was attacked by a pitbull and I contacted them and they said they would help me. They sent out three with request for homeowners insurance and since they didn't get a response, they delayed in contacting me at all I had to call them approximately 10 times to get them to write a letter saying that they did not want to do business with me. This was in March 2022 it's October 2022 and my insurance company said that by me calling them that I had a second insurance and it screwed up my life ever ... read more

I filed a complaint with M&M against an employer for discrimination around the middle of August, 2022. I waited about 2 weeks and called for an update since I had not heard anything. I was told it was "under review". I called about 4 more times from August until the middle of September and each time I was told it was still "under review".. I received outstanding support from M & M regarding my auto accident. They provided case updates as required. This was my first time dealing with an accident that required legal action and was very concerned how it would be resolved.
