I had a "slam dunk" case against ******.com after one of their 3rd party seller tried to defraud me (and other customers). They heard all the details of my case and they said they cant take my case and when I asked why they refused to answer my question. Keep in mind that I have an email thread with ******'s Legal team admiring fault but they are unable to correct the situation. I called to have them help me with Unemployment Benefits for the state of Florida. Not worth their time. I think that says its all. No, you are not for the people, you are for what makes money for you!

They could be a lot easier to communicate with. But overall the people who handled my case were friendly when they did get in touch with me.
