They have intake specialist who are very rude, very insensitive, and they talk over you, and don't allow you to explain the whole situation, the only reason you all are in business is because of the business that clients give to you all, we hire you all for a service to possibly render to us, not the other way around, I don't care how many commercials you make, if your customer service is horrible , that reflects on your company as a whole.
