Disgusted with the way we are being treated, First case workers have been changed several times without letting us know we had to find out on our own.. then whoever is supposed to zoom with us and didnt!!. By now I am worried whether we will be left all the medical bills to pay and left with nothing with this case,Am I going to lose my house inn order to pay medical????? Since when do attorneys take a 40% cut from an award? So Morgan and Morgan is "For the people"? What people , the attorneys that work for the firm? I stuck my neck out an d told my daughter in law to use Morgan and Morgan and thank God she negotiated your firm down to the regular rate of 33.3%. Very disappointed in Morgan and Morgan.

To anyone considering their services, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The initial promises of dedicated service and client care were not upheld in my experience. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation of dealing with a company that fails to communicate and follow through on their commitments. There are plenty of other law firms out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve. Very bad service you can’t even get response to emails I wonder wher are all these emails going since you get no response?Does AI respond to emails? Since all my attempts is met with automation . AI for the people

My son was in an accident at his work. Morgan and Morgan have done nothing to help him. They assigned him a dam paralegal which she acts like she is on my son's work side. After months , he still isn't getting worker's comp. And she wants him to get a job without even having x-rays to see if his back is messed up. Which his back is really MESSED up. And if he went back to work before he is really checked out it could hurt him even worse. They hardly ever call him back to let him know anything. They like to just e-mail instea... read more

Horrible experience. Got hit out of state by a uninsured driver. Ultimately Mark Sultzer withdrew from my claim after wasting my time for 16 months. Mark Sultzer is a lead clown with this dog and pony show.

My car was totaled by another person running a yellow light in 2018. Rob Varner was assigned to my case and he was INCONSISTENT AND IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH!! HIS ENTIRE TEAM WAS NEVER AVAILABLE TO ME. The change over with staff was constant, I never knew who I was supposed to be contacting because it changed every 3 months. Then, I went almost 2 years without hearing from anyone...... FOR THE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. Believe me. This law firm have several commercials, and they should be banned from the air. They are LOUSY. Please do not use them to even represent your pet snake. They change from practicing attorney to practicing attorney. They never call to let you know how your case is doing. Furthermore, they don't let you know what the entire settlement is after settling without consulting you.
