I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this law office. After speaking with an initial screener, I was told that I “definitely had a case” and was asked to provide detailed personal information, including my SSN, license, and other personal details. Based on that conversation, I expected a thorough and professional follow-up. After chasing this company down for almost 7 weeks, my claim was denied. It's not the fact they didn't want to take my case; it's the lack of integrity and compassion. No communication was even there unless it was from me. Their motto of for " the people" is in sharp contrast of the behavior shown. Before choosing this company, I would weigh your options. If I could give no stars I would.

I hired Morgan & Morgan for my auto accident case. Initially, they seemed professional and responsive. However, after they received the settlement check in early April 2025, communication became difficult. They are now ignoring my calls and texts and removed my access to their portal. I tried to give zero stars!!! The company is trash to put it lightly. I spend 3 months with them on a dog bite incident and am told they are no longer representing me. I feel it's because my case is not LARGE ENOUGH. BEWARE!!!!

I had to write a review on Morgan and Morgan after listening to their commercials. I used them for an accident I had in Florida, and they were of no help at all. They do not return calls or even check in with you. After 9 months, one of the attorneys or paralegals called me and told me they could not get one of the bills. So I reached out and within a few hours, I had a copy of the bill. I sent it to them and was told they were going to send it to State Farm to request a settlement. very bad law firm. my advice is go elsewhere. they agreed to represent my wife in phillips c pap breathing machine lawsuit. this was in october 11th 2022. they had a very nice legal rep take all information before it was sent to attorneys. I sent them records of over 15 hospitals and more than 2 million dollars of costs.
