Food for thought... Who is benefiting from “firing at-will”? Why are employees required to give their employers a 2 week notice to leave yet, they can fire u with no reason & when they feel like doing it? Employers are able to prepare for the loss of an employee but the employee, which most live paycheck to paycheck, are left with no chance at preparing for the immediate loss of income? Also, how does that same employee explain a termination with no reason? Does this make any sense?

Slogan should be Morgan and Morgan for the money. On two seperate occaisions they denied my case because it didn't fit their criteria. If you already have money I guess you fit their needs. 😒
