Horrible representation and customer service. Theres a reason MM saturates SWFL with ads. They cater to unsuspecting folks who don’t know any better. I know. I was one. Two years ago l was hit by a kid who ran a light. Easy case right? MM dragged their feet making me wait two years for a resolution AND took $38,000 of my settlement when all they did was lie not return phone calls and l had to do the majority of the footwork. Unless you have a multimillion dollar case they won’t work for you.
