They will not keep you in the loop on schedule or live up to their word. I was told 4 months for a job, waited 9. Called every month to check in. They don’t follow chronological order of customers in line. If a bigger or closer project pops up, you’re out of luck, pushed out and not told. I ended up cancelling my contract after 9 mos. Stay away!
