Wish I could give 0 stars. Morgan Landscape Group had put in an irrigation system at a house we recently purchased. The system stopped working and I reached out to them to see if they could come out and diagnose a problem or recommend a new system if needed. I got a text back the next day, saying that they would not come out here to look at our situation unless we signed up for a maintenance program. This just sounds crazy to me. My experience with Morgan Landscape has been 5 stars wonderful. My account manager, Karen, has been available any time I have called. Great customer service and very knowledgable! Definitely 5 stars. I would rate all of the teams 5 stars. That includes , maintenance, irrigation , horticultural, turf care, and management.
