I’ve never written a review before, but my experience with Kingland Properties was so upsetting and careless that I feel obligated to warn others. I initially contacted them about a listing on Zillow and was told it was no longer available. I asked if they had anything else coming up, explained I was specifically looking for a 2-bedroom within a $1,400 budget, and was told they had one becoming available in a few weeks. Bait you with cheap unit to lure you in, then later turns out unit is not available and instead give you more expensive units in less desirable locations - classic bait and switch! Company website is outdated and got so many bugs. Don’t trust the cheap price
Very nice service
I've lived at one of their properties for over two years now and I’ve loved my experience. The property is well kept and in great condition. Maintenance requests are always promptly handled and the neighbors around where I live are all wonderful as well. I hope to live here for a while
