Dr. Kellogg is very competent and knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. I'm very pleased with his professionalism and expertise.

I work with Dr. Kellogg and consistently receive comments from patients, EMS and referring doctors about his bedside manner, how detailed his notes are and what an incredible doctor he is. Not to mention he’s saved the lives of friends.
They waited until the last minute and canceled my appointment, knowing I have had chest pain for 3 weeks. I definitely do not recommend. Go to the international heart institute at st pats instead
