This Attorney has been dis-barred for the reasons that he failed to place money's for the business (clients) that was to be kept in a separate account, which he did not. I got a speeding ticket in April 09. Took it to him w/in that month and he said he got it reduced to equipment failure and I paid him over $200 for it, taking care of his fee and the ticket. I moved to Michigan Nov 09 and today, Jan. 28, 2011 I tried to transfer my license to a CDL and it turns out my NC license was just suspended. Victor Morgan didn't get my ticket reduced until Oct. 10 almost a year of me living in MI by then and said I did not pay it. Now I can't get a hold of him to get this fixed. He is horrible.
