This store is a cheap, deceitful, and money-hungry chain with little regard or respect for it's customers after making the initial sale. Their staff is friendly and helpful as long as you do nothing there but spend money. If you desire quality customer service on the occasion of the reasonable use of your jewelry warranty, you can expect a disrespectful, condescending attitude.
