I needed to get my Coach watch sized. The first place I went didn’t have the tool and the second wouldn’t help me. Paulette and Andrea at Morgan Jewelers were so friendly and helped me without hesitation. A lot is to be said with just a smile and a greeting but they went the extra mile and made sure my watch was sized and that I was happy with my experience. Came in a couple weeks ago with my wife to get our jewelry cleaned. We did not intend to buy anything, but the girls here are really good at finding stuff that you just can’t live without. My wife left with a Necklace that was a perfect match to her ring and bracelet. I came in again today to get a battery for my watch and showed them a photo of a bracelet that would finish off another set that my wife has. From the photo they were able to find it.
