Kristen is great! She knows her stuff is not pushy and she is very patient. She answered all my questions and she loves dogs so she basically perfect!!! Appreciate ya Kristen you made my experience entertaining!

I went in for my usual warranty cleaning on my ring today and left so happy! Kristen took care of that as kindly and quickly as they do every time. Today I wanted to look at wedding bands as well and Andrea was so helpful, patient, and genuinely supportive of what I was wanting. I had my toddler with me (which can be tricky in a jewelry store) but a sucker from Jonathan kept her happy too! Thanks for the great experience!
