I had such a wonderful experience at Morgan Jewelers! Erin did an amazing job cleaning our jewelry—it looks brand new again and sparkles beautifully. She went above and beyond with her kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness, making sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt completely taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service Erin provided. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding jewelry care!

Morgan jewelers isn’t the best place to get an engagement ring. Me and my girlfriend went in to try on engagement rings for the first time here to gather an idea of what she might like best. She in particular wanted to see small gemstone rings and unique settings and cuts. However the associates there told us how those are out of style and that we should pick a large diamond ring instead. We tried on a few rings, most of low quality and insanely high priced. The team at Morgan Jewelers was extremely professional. Great experience. Very friendly staff. Erin B. was so incredibly helpful when picking out a piece for my spouse. She was patient and knowledgeable, walking me through many different options in order to find the absolute perfect gift. She made the process very smooth for me.
