Very poor experience. The salesman was great and the piece is beautiful my wife loves it. That being said despite having done buisness in the past they never give any notifications that payment is due on time only after late fees have compiled. I asked if I could have late fee charges waived and pay all of the remaining balance. They said “they do not do this.” If they want repeat buisness working in customer service myself I would suggest working with customers and being a bit more flexible if they wish to retain customers.... read more
I came in for a watch adjustment. And Jack was just fantastic he did it perfectly in a timely manner, was very Knowledgeable and very sharp fantastic customer service highly recommend.
