I will not recommend this place to board your pets. I took a tour of the boarding areas. The dog areas are narrow, dark and stuffy. The cat cages are real small. The wierd stench was pretty bad. Imagine going on a holiday while your pets are very miserable. I then chose Cochrane animal hospital for our pets. The boarding areas for dogs and cats are bigger, more airy and brighter. The staff are much more friendly - they patiently listen to the special needs of the animals.
