I’ve been to many physical therapists in the past and nothing compares to Tracey! It’s a private quiet office which makes me a lot more comfortable. Within a few minutes she picked up on my ongoing problem spots and I left after the first appointment feeling more relief than I have in years. She has suggested strengthening exercises that are gentle on the rest of my complicated body and makes sure I understand how to activate particular muscles and stretch them out. Bar none the best therapy I have ever had!!

Tracy is one of a kind when it comes to Physical Therapy. Her approach is hands on, and different (better for me) than other PT's I've seen. She created the BackStrap, which I can use at home too. The BackStrap has helped my lower back pain and tightness all over. When I can't get in to see Tracy as often as I like, the BackStrap is a great tool I can use at home, or in the car, to help me get out of a tight spot. I often just use the balls in the car, to help release those really sore tight places in my back.
