Shoddy craftsmanship and they do not follow through with warranty claims. They just close the tickets out without coming out. There aren’t enough air returns so big discrepancies in temperature in different rooms. The do not pack the soil when building so lots of settling issues. The few repairs they have done were not done right and we had to end up paying to have someone else fix it. I have to agree with all the reviews, i would give zero rating if it was possible. We have had a big leakage due to faulty sink installed in may 14. Which is still not fully fixed till today. We were working With Heather earlier and she was amazing. Once she left, we are assigned with Raul who never picks up the phone. We have been very patient, its been two months without light fixtures in the living room. They promised it would be fixed no later than July11. Sinking concrete? Gas leaks? No communication? This is the builder for you!
Don’t trust the builder! They have so many issues that they won’t fix and it’s under warranty. All they say is it’s not longer under warranty
