Morgan kept me informed and on task to sell my house and truly made it a great easy experience!
Morgan was AMAZING! We were first time homebuyers and he made sure to take the time to explain everything to us and was very patient with us through the whole process. He definitely made us feel like he was 100% on our side through it all!
Morgan was very thorough with this process. He seemed to always be available for last minute showings for houses and never pushed us to buy. He wanted to make sure we really liked the house. He was more interested in long term business with us which was amazing.
Morgan Grounds is a great Realtor. He made the homebuying process so easy for me and walked me through the process from start to finish. He sent me reminders via text or e-mail to make sure that I was prepared and informed along the way. He's approachable, easy to talk to and understood the needs of my family during this process. He was quick to respond to any questions that I had. He even provided me with a thoughtful closing gift! So very grateful for his services.
Let me start off by saying that Morgan was a true godsend when it came to searching for our new place. He was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding what worked for us, the location and price range we were looking for. He stayed in communication with us to make sure we had everything in order for our first rental house. If I could rate with more stars I would. He went above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful for all of his continued help.
