Morgan and his staff were friendly and professional, kept me up to speed on any major updates, and were honest and fair in pricing. With the tempo of running a shop, phones can be busy but I left a voicemail and Lacey called me back and set me up with an appointment swiftly and at a time convenient for me, with evening dropoff option available if needed. I took my 2007 Jeep Liberty to Morgan and Lacey originally because my air conditioner wasn’t working well. I originally took it to another mechanic in Kyle and after paying over $1,000 it still did not work well. I am sorry that the guy that left a review before me appears to be unreasonable 😳😳 What he felt like his experience was, is the total and complete opposite 🙅♀️🙅♀️ of what our family and friends have experienced, and we have taken ***many** cars here. I have not had a good experience with Morgan. A few major issues I have with this garage are the following. 1. Poor communication and constant delays in timelines, which I understand to some degree are led by parts availability and lead times however I have never experienced extended turnaround times like this before. 2. Failure to thoroughly road test vehicle once a repair is undertaken. 3. Failure to pay suppliers in a timely fashion once payment for parts had been remitted 2.5 months. 4. Morgan’s Automotive is the best mechanic in Kyle, TX! They took incredible care of my mother’s vehicle, fixing all the radiator and oil leaks, topping off all her fluids, and making sure everything was in top shape.
