I have not had a good experience with Morgan. A few major issues I have with this garage are the following. 1. Poor communication and constant delays in timelines, which I understand to some degree are led by parts availability and lead times however I have never experienced extended turnaround times like this before. 2. Failure to thoroughly road test vehicle once a repair is undertaken. 3. Failure to pay suppliers in a timely fashion once payment for parts had been remitted 2.5 months. 4. Morgan’s Automotive is the best mechanic in Kyle, TX! They took incredible care of my mother’s vehicle, fixing all the radiator and oil leaks, topping off all her fluids, and making sure everything was in top shape. Their team was professional, kind, and honest throughout the entire process. Lacey, the Owner and Manager, was especially wonderful—she was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were kept informed every step of the way. They did a great job on my '05 Chevy and were quick to answer questions. Referred a friend who was quoted 15k and Morgan's found the problem and it wasn't the whole transmission. Extremely honest ✊️
Morgan and his team are always willing and able to assist us with any problem and the communication is always on point. He keeps you informed on what’s going on with your vehicle. Been using his services for years and I plan on it for years to come!!
