I would definitely recommend Morgan Furniture to friends and family. They have the best selection and service! We were shopping for a lift chair. The other stores wanted us to wait for 6 weeks and even longer for the color we wanted. Morgan Furniture delivered in less than a week. The chair did have a mechanical problem. I called the salesman Phil. He replaced it the next day. I love the chair. It's so comfortable and fits in our room perfectly.
I bought 2 recliners and a fabric rocker in 2018. One recliner fell apart the first year, even after 2 'repair ' visits it was in the trash after spending a thousand bucks. The $1100 second piece custom fabric is ripping at the seams. Mind you, I spent over 3,000 and FULL WARRANTY on these which Morgan didn't honor. I have 2 pieces I bought at La-Z-Boy over 15 year's ago still looking good and working structurally well.
