The loss of our mother was sudden and unexpected. Melissa, Emma and the rest of their staff were all terrific. They were professional, empathetic, caring and organized. They provided myself and my family guidance where guidance was needed and made the entire process swift and stress free. I cannot say enough great things about Melissa, Victoria, and Emma. I knew from the moment I called to inquire about their services I felt a sense of comfort, concern, and care. Losing my father was numbing enough, and I wasn't sure where to begin. However, planning his final resting place was actually easy thanks to Melissa and her staff.
