Worst company ever! Had doors installed in May and they weren’t installed properly. Failed inspection. Took 2 months to get them back out to fix my doors. Still have yet to finish the inspection process because we weren’t given the specs for the doors. Anyone associated with Morgan Exteriors is incompetent and rude. We have to call to get them to do their job. When they have shown up at my house, it’s been unannounced. The “managers” claim it’s all my fault and they’ll do nothing to fix it. This company is the absolute worst. I had doors installed in May. The installers were sloppy at installing my doors, left trash everywhere, and then forced me to give them a 5-star review. At the initial inspection with the county, my doors failed inspection. It took 2 months to get the installers back out to “fix” my doors. The office staff didn’t contact me to schedule the installers to come back, so they just showed up one day and thankfully I was home. I have yet to have the final inspection completed. The most unreliable company I’ve ever had to deal with. They call and say they’ll show up a certain day. D then no one shows. I’ve been playing this game with them for almost 6 months.
The installers were sloppy at installing my doors and left material debris/trash spread around my house/yard. County inspector came out and my doors failed inspection. I waited a month for the installers to be sent out again to fix my doors. I am still waiting on Morgan Exteriors to finalize my inspection with the county. Very unreliable company. Look elsewhere if you’re in the market for new doors.
We had a few hiccups at the start from some misinformation from the sales representative. Once clarified, Dino came to install the windows and finish some interior trim for us. Dino went above and beyond, kept high communication & his trim work was exactly what we were looking for!
