regarding our kitchen order: horrible horrible horrible communication with this company. They give you dates they are going to be here..no show..more than once. Do these people seriously think we have no life and can sit around our house 24/7 waiting for people to show up! And the "we will check on it and call you back"..What a joke. you have to call THEM only to have them tell you "I am checking on it". I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone.

This company requires that both spouses are there for a quote. Mind you, I’m a designer with a portfolio, and the last thing my husband wants to do is redesign the bathroom. I'll do business with someone that does not regard me as someone who cannot think without my spouse. My husband, who is an attorney, would not be required by ANY business to bring me to his depositions. How insulting and ridiculous. They even get it when I explained my line of work. And even if this wasn’t my line of work, this isn’t 1952.

Just an update, poor customer service goes right to the top. I complained to the boss and he passed it off to the Fort Meyers manager. He called and after all his excuses, I told him I expected a gift certificate for dinner to make up for the 6 hours of my time they wasted cancelling a final appointment which the forgot to notify me. The manager said he would contact the boss and give me a call back. Three weeks later no call back, no certificate and no more business for them from myself or anyone I know. Today 2-4-22 I spent a good 2.5 hours with Jacob Vasquez, regarding a quote for 3 windows and a sliding patio door. Ther best 2.5 hours I've spent with a real gentleman since my divorce a number of years ago. I had 2 other quotes scheduled for today, and ended up cancelling both of them, because Jacob made an offer I could not refuse. A little pricey, but I'm looking at the value it is going to add to my home. He was able to get my financing approved in 10 minutes. Called their office to obtain an estimate for a new walk-in shower and to replace windows in our lanai. Because our lanai was of aluminum construction, they said they could not do it. I let it go because I knew that the two aluminum and window walls needed to be taken down and replaced with wood framing. They never gave me that option. They were due to meet with me on 1/20/22.
