My wife and I are more than thrilled with the service that we received from Morgan engineering. We had a close on our property in a very short period of time. Because of all the bad weather, they were a little backed up on getting all their surveys done. Once we told them our situation, they got us in right away and was able to get our survey completed and we were able to close on our house on time. AWFUL. We had a survey done by ME in 2017 that’s now being called into question. I asked Morgan Engineering to respond/ defend the survey they did for us. I have reached out multiple times by phone and email over the last 2.5 months and have received no response other than an admin letting me know they will “ check on it”. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Do not, under any circumstance use Morgan Engineering. They may know what they are doing but they have horrible customer service and are clearly over committed. I have been forced to follow up with the town because they do not have the time. There was no kickoff to our project and the engineers only communicate via email and do not answer the phone. I have been trying to resolve a problem I'm having with my driveway flooding after the street I live on was repaved. I have made many attempts to contact Brian Quinn who has completely disregarded any attemp I have made to resolve my situation. I'm not asking for much just to have the problem their poor engineering caused fixed but it seems they are not interested in a resolve! This has been over a month since my first attempt and they just don't seem to care.
Putting in a generator - town needed a survey done. Called Morgan - they emailed me the next steps. Dealt with Mikey Tylutki, made the experience very simple start to finish - communicated well.
