I looked at a repo in this Community and if I could rate the Community less than one star I would. Although there are some nice homes for the most part this Community is a dump. Many for sale signs in windows of dumpy "trailers" that are for sale by management "as is". High grass/weeds/trash in empty lots and in the yards of the many empty homes for sale and even homes that look lived in. Trash galore.
