This office sucks, my wife had an appointment at 1030 and sat in waiting room for one hour before being called back and has now say in exam room for an hour and has yet to see the dr. Terrible service and office staff is rude.
Spent today with Dr. Morgan and team. Great care and superior support to get me taken care of. Lori was especially great and the entire support team at the Madison surgery clinic were top notch.
Very unprofessional and showed no concern as a new patient. Follow up Appointment waited 2 hours to see him and walked into the room never spoke a word to me or family member. No explanation of results or procedure he was doing. No instructions given to me preop or postoperative. No instructions given to me to bring someone to drive me home. No explanation of what he was doing or discuss kidney stone results. Would never recommend him and if I need more follow up with find a new urologist!
Dr. Morgan did everything he possibly could to save my kidney. He helped me through my fight with Kidney infection/disease! His office staff was amazing and everyone was very helpful! I always dreaded going to appointments because I was scared of the outcome, but he took the edge off with his personality and smile! He is amazing!
